What am I purchasing?
Our needlepoint canvases are hand-painted and ready for you to stitch. They are not finished stitched pieces. Check each product description for what is included.
Are threads included?
Threads are not included with our canvases unless a product listing states otherwise. Choose your own colors and fibers to make the project yours.
Where can I find the size and mesh?
Each product page lists the design dimensions, mesh, and approximate canvas size. Mesh refers to the number of canvas holes per inch.
Will my canvas look exactly like the photo?
Each canvas is painted by hand, so small variations may occur. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear.
Where do you ship?
We ship from Georgia to addresses within the United States only. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for order processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the dimensions, mesh, and included materials before ordering. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
